Food Pantry Hours:
The pantry is available to place an online order at anytime. Order pick-up times are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9AM–2PM. The food pantry is closed Wednesdays.
How Does the Food Pantry Work?
Beginning December 12th, 2022, you will ‘shop’ for the items you would like to receive online (items requested will be fulfilled to the best of our ability and based on availability). You can then select a time to collect your food pantry items, to ensure there are no wait lines in the office.
What is Available?
Food: These items are available on a weekly basis.
Monthly Household Items: These items are only available once per calendar month upon request during your order pick-up.
First Time Food Pantry User:
If you are new to the food pantry, and have never previously used our food pantry in person or online, you must fill out the following application. (If you have visited our office before or have already filled out a food pantry application, you do not need to complete the below application. You can proceed to the ‘Returning Food Pantry Customer’ section).
Please note, only residents of HSE school district are eligible to use our food pantry. When registering, you will need to submit your ID and proof of mailing address (1 piece of mail). Once you have submitted the completed application and required documents, you may place your food pantry order using the ‘Click here to access the pantry’ link below. If you require assistance with the application, please call our office.

Returning Food Pantry Customer:
For the first time, use your google account to set up your username and choose a password. Make sure to keep your username and password in a place that you can remember them for each time you log in, as staff will not have access to your log in details. Once you’ve signed in, you can select a pick-up time. You will receive an email confirming your order once it has been placed. Please call our office if you need assistance with any of the above.
You can click the link below to begin picking out your items. After selecting your items, it will ask you to sign in using your existing username and password.

Order Pick-Up Times:
Once you have chosen your items, you will be asked to choose a pick-up time. These are available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9 am to 2 pm (excluding holidays). Each time slot is 15 minutes. Please note, if you do not pick up your order within 30 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time, your order will be canceled, and you will need to reorder.
